N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC)
N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) is anacetylated form of L-cysteine. It has an acetyl group, which has the advantage that the amino acid is more stable and dissolves better in water.
L-cysteine is a sulfur-containing, semi-essential amino acid. The advantage of N-acetylcysteine is that it is easier for the body to absorb it than normal cysteine. Cysteine is an important building block for the synthesis of glutathione in the human organism and can therefore support the natural production of glutathione in our cells. Glutathione is contained in almost all body cells.
Cysteine in food
Animal products such as poultry, eggs and beef are particularly rich in cysteine. Significant amounts of cysteine can also be found in grain products and nuts. The body can also produce cysteine itself using methionine.
NAC capsules from ViVe Supplements
The acetylated form of the sulfur-containing amino acid N-acetyl-cysteine from ViVe Supplements is contained in vegetable cellulose capsules. The dietary supplement is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
One capsule should be taken daily with a meal.

Gute Ergänzung für die tägliche Routine
Ich habe mich entschieden, NAC auszuprobieren, um meine antioxidative Unterstützung zu verbessern. Nach ein paar Wochen der Einnahme fühle ich mich energischer und habe das Gefühl, dass es mir hilft, mich vor oxidativem Stress zu schützen. Die Kapseln sind leicht zu schlucken, und ich habe keine Probleme mit der Verträglichkeit.

Hilft mir sehr!
