Standardized green tea extract with L-Lysine
Our food supplement has been standardized with a green tea extract and can be used in vegan and vegetarian diets. It is standardized to 50% polyphenols, 15% EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) and 7% caffeine. Standardization is an essential quality feature, which ensures that the stated percentage of the plant is actually contained in the extract.
One capsule contains 200 mg of green tea extract with 100 mg of polyphenols, 30 mg of EGCG and 14 mg of caffeine.
Green tea has been added to this food supplement. L-Lysine is an essential proteinogenic amino acid. The human organism cannot produce it itself, thus it is necessary to eat foods rich in L-Lysine.
The main source of lysine is animal proteins: such as meat, fish, eggs and dairy products provide the body with sufficient amounts of this amino acid. However, L-lysine is also found in grains, legumes and nutritional yeast.
