High-dose glutathione
This dietary supplement from ViVe Supplements provides you with high-dose L-glutathione, which is available in its active, reduced form. One tablet contains 500mg L-glutathione as a daily dose.
L-Glutathione is a so-called tripeptide, which is formed in the liver from the amino acids glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine, so the body can produce the substance independently. The basic requirement for this, however, is that all building blocks must be present, otherwise a glutathione deficiency can occur. To prevent a deficiency, it can make sense to take glutathione through dietary supplements.
Reduced and active form
Glutathione plays a role in many processes, for example it helps. B. Plants help protect cells from oxidative stress. The tripeptide comes in two forms – oxidized and reduced. To ensure optimal bioavailability, we offer reduced glutathione in its active form.
Glutathione in foods
