The extract is standardised to contain 20% aescin. This corresponds to 200 mg of aescin per day. Recommended consumption
The horse chestnut capsules should be taken spread over two meals with plenty of water - ideally with the two main meals. If 2 capsules per day are consumed as directed, one pack will last for 60 days.
