The Graviola is also known as sour sack and spiny anone. It originally comes from the Caribbean and is now widespread in almost all tropical regions. The fruit grows up to 20 centimeters in size and weighs between one and four kilograms. The juicy, yellowish-white flesh with the thick, black seeds tastes very sweet and sour and refreshing. Some people describe the aftertaste of the fruit as honey-like. In South American countries, the fruit is often squeezed.
